Honor Our Vets

Today I honor all of those who have served to protect our land; the good Ole' USA!
To often we take these service men & women for granted!

When you see a young service man or woman out on leave in their dressings , do you walk up to them to shake their hands & say Thank You?
I have!! & its something you certainly should do!!
A simple Thank You can show much gratitude.

I just wanted to say Thank You to all of you out their who have served in our armed forces.


And that includes you too Dad! I cant imagine the things you saw while you were in Vietnam & I am so grateful for your service. I walk free on US soil partly because of you.

( Isn't Dad handsome as ever in his uniform? He was so young! - only in his twenty's! He was a combat engineer in the 18th bragaid & served from 1968-69)

God bless those who have served & are serving in our Military forces. May each & every single one return home to celebrate their own Veterans day.
